    Dear Journal Editors,

    We are pleased to announce that the application process for the 2024 CALJ Innovation Award is now open.

    This award recognizes innovation implemented or first measured in 2023 by a Canadian scholarly journal and which is focused on enhancing readership and/or other forms of engagement with journal content.

    This is our opportunity to showcase the innovation that’s happening in Canada with our scholarly journals!

    Prize:
    The winner will receive a certificate honouring their achievements as well as a free annual membership to CALJ, and an announcement will be posted on CALJ websites. The winner will be announced at the CALJ Annual Meeting in June. 

    Applying:
    To learn more about eligibility criteria and the application process, please visit our application form and guidelines.

    Deadline for applications:
    Midnight PST, June 3, 2024

    Nous avons le plaisir d'annoncer que le processus de candidature pour le Prix de l'innovation de l'ACRS 2024 est maintenant ouvert.

    Ce prix reconnaît l'innovation mise en œuvre ou mesurée pour la première fois en 2023 par une revue savante canadienne et qui est axée sur l'amélioration du lectorat ou d'autres formes d'engagement à l'égard du contenu de la revue.

    C'est l'occasion pour nous de mettre en valeur l'innovation qui se produit au Canada avec nos revues savantes !

    Le prix :
    Le gagnant recevra un certificat en l'honneur de ses réalisations ainsi qu'une adhésion annuelle gratuite à l'ACRS, et une annonce sera affichée sur le site Web de l'ACRS. Le nom du lauréat sera annoncé lors de la réunion annuelle de l'ACRS en juin.

    Registration is now open for Congress 2023 and we would love to see you there! This year, the event is taking place at York University's Keele and Glendon Campuses in Toronto. Participants may also register to attend remotely.

    Dear Members,

    We are providing notice today that our Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on June 21, 2022 at 2:00–3:30 p.m. ET. We look forward to seeing you all there.

    Please find attached the agenda for the meeting.  The full package containing financial statements, reports from the committees, and nominations for the Board of Directors will be circulated and posted online later in the week of June 6th.  We will send a reminder notice and will include the package information then.

    The meeting will be held over Zoom. The Zoom link will be included in the meeting package.

    CALJ-ACRS CONFERENCE 2022
